Upcycling odd beads

I’m not very good at this blogging malarkey hence the huge gap since the last post, but I just had to share this artwork.

I support people with learning disabilities for my other job and they love a good art project, so we decided to make a sign to put on the wall after our recent name change. I had a clear out of bits and pieces I have never used for jewellery making, odd beads and charms from ventures that didn’t work out, so we sorted them into colours to make this textural piece.

It’s not quite finished yet but I’ll post pictures once it’s done.
