Do you make all your jewellery yourself?

Yes! Every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each item is made to order, please allow 5–7 working days for your jewellery to be created before it’s shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! I’m delighted to send my creations to steampunk and gothic jewellery lovers all around the world.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been made, it will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders, which usually takes 2–3 working days.

For international customers, I use Royal Mail International Tracked, and delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically take 7–14 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to you

Do you accept returns or exchanges? How should I care for my jewellery?

As each piece is handmade to order, I can only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or faulty. If there’s a problem, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Can I request a custom design?

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry place and avoid contact with water, perfumes, or lotions. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will help maintain its shine.
