Do you make all your jewellery yourself?

Yes! Every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each item is made to order, please allow 7–10 working days for your jewellery to be created before it is shipped.

• Pre-orders: If you have pre-ordered an item, the wait time is usually between 1–6 weeks. Please make sure to check the specific product listing for the exact creation timeline.

What about other items?

If you have ordered something other than jewellery (such as clothing or accessories), these can take a little longer to prepare. Please allow 1–2 weeks depending on the size you ordered and current stock levels.

• Combined Shipping: If your order includes both jewellery and other items, all items will ship together in one package once everything is ready, unless you specifically request otherwise.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! I am delighted to send my creations to steampunk and gothic jewellery lovers all around the world.

How much does shipping cost, and what about customs/tariffs?

• UK Shipping: Free on all orders.

• US Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on package weight. All relevant US tariff charges and import duties are included in your final shipping cost so you will not face unexpected bills upon delivery.

• International Shipping (Rest of World): Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Please note that buyers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their own destination country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your item has been handcrafted and dispatched, the delivery timelines are:

• UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days.

• International Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically take 7–14 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is specifically handmade to order, I can only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or faulty. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your package, and I will do my absolute best to make it right for you.
