5 things you probably didn’t know about me

You don’t normally see me in front of the camera let alone know much about me (unless you know me IRL), other than I make steampunk bugs and I have a crazy ginger cat… so here are 5 things you probably didn’t know about me;

1. I’m a crazy plant lady and have a growing collection of succulents and carnivorous plants. They’re my little green babies!

2. I love photographing unusual insects. I’m a total nightmare on country walks because I stop every few minutes to snap something fascinating (like the Elephant Hawk Moth and Green Shield Beetle).

3. I adore making novelty cakes! My dad’s 70th motorbike cake had a bit of a spark and the Kurgan cake I made for my other half’s 50th was liked and shared by Clancy Brown himself!

4. I’m a bit of a yogi and try to practice every day. It keeps me grounded and sane.

5. I’m obsessed with Japan and have been studying the language for 25 years. I also speak a bit of Russian! (My bookshelf is full of Japanese culture and language books, with a tiny section for Russian 😅)
